Protect regular study time

Put sessions on your calendar like appointments and choose a consistent place.

Study actively

Summarize in your own words, test yourself and apply ideas to your work. Re-reading alone teaches less.

Break work into small steps

Set weekly goals and finish a small piece each day. Progress builds motivation.

Ask for help early

Post a question, join a discussion or contact your instructor when you are stuck instead of waiting.

Reflect and adjust

At the end of each week note what worked and what to change next week.
