Please read first. NBU is in its institutional development phase and is not currently licensed, accredited, approved, or authorized to confer degrees or to enroll students. This pre-application records your interest and starts a conversation with our admissions office. Submitting it is not an admission, an enrollment, or a promise of a seat, and the form itself collects no payment. A non-refundable application fee ($50 for certificate, diploma and bachelor's programs; $100 for master's and doctoral programs) covers the review of your application and is paid separately through PayPal on the application fee page. Paying the fee does not guarantee admission. Do not send passport numbers, Social Security numbers, bank details or passwords through this form.
