Leads Nation Builders University LLC as chief executive, responsible for institutional planning, government and international relations, and executive oversight of academic and administrative development.
How NBU is organized
This is NBU's planned governance structure. Names are published only after each person has confirmed their appointment and agreed to be listed. Dashed boxes advise or volunteer; they do not govern.
Ownership is separate from governance
The LLC owns the university, but a Board of Trustees with an independent majority is planned to oversee academic quality, the budget and the President, so owners are not the only check on themselves.
Academics are decided by academics
Admissions, grading, degrees and faculty appointments are to be decided by academic officers and faculty, never by ownership. A Faculty Senate advises the Provost on curriculum and standards; an Interim Academic Council acts until enough faculty are hired.
Advisors and mentors volunteer
The Board of Advisors, the Legal Mentors Panel and student mentors give their time and experience. They advise; they do not govern, vote, employ or bind NBU, and they hold no ownership.
Five schools, clear lines
Each of the five schools has a Dean reporting to the Provost, and each academic department has a Chair reporting to the Dean. The Registrar reports to the Provost so records stay independent.
Finance and compliance have a direct line
The finance and compliance functions can speak directly to the Board's Audit & Finance Committee, without going through the President.
Student mentorship
Experienced professionals are invited to volunteer as mentors for NBU students. Mentors are not NBU employees, officers or owners and cannot make decisions for the university.
Faculty to be announced
NBU is currently in faculty recruitment and curriculum development. We will publish faculty names, credentials and biographies only once appointments are confirmed. We do not list instructors who have not agreed to be named.
