Application fee
A one-time, non-refundable fee that covers the review of your application.
Please read before you pay. NBU is in its institutional development phase and is not currently licensed, accredited, approved, or authorized to confer degrees or to enroll students. The application fee pays for the review of your application only. It is not tuition, a deposit or an enrollment, and it does not guarantee admission. The fee is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Fees are in U.S. dollars and may change. Doctoral programs are planned flagship programs.
How it works
- Submit your pre-application online.
- Pay the fee that matches your level with the PayPal button above.
- In PayPal, add your full name as it appears on your application.
- Admissions confirms your payment and your application, then tells you the next steps by email.
Good to know
- The fee is charged once per application.
- It is separate from tuition and any other fees.
- Payment is processed by PayPal; NBU never sees or stores your card number.
- Never send card or bank details by email or in our forms.
